Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Rendra's API, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Rendra is an OG image and document generation API. It allows developers to programmatically generate images from HTML templates using a REST API. It is provided by ShipFast Syndicate.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use Rendra to generate content that is:

• Illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party intellectual property rights
• Designed to deceive, defraud, or harm users
• Spam or content used in bulk unsolicited communications

We reserve the right to suspend API access for accounts that violate these rules.

4. API Keys

You are solely responsible for keeping your API keys confidential. Do not share keys publicly or commit them to version control. If a key is compromised, revoke it immediately from your dashboard.

5. Quotas and Rate Limits

Your subscription plan includes a monthly generation quota. Requests exceeding your quota will return a 429 error. Unused quota does not roll over between billing periods.

6. Billing and Cancellation

Billing is handled by Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

7. Service Availability

Rendra is provided as is. We target high availability but do not guarantee a specific SLA. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

ShipFast Syndicate's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent French courts.
