1. Data We Collect

Rendra collects the following data:

• Account data: email address and password (hashed) when you register
• API usage data: API key identifiers, request timestamps, generation counts, quota usage
• Billing data: payment information processed by Stripe (card details never stored by us)
• Technical data: IP address, request logs, error reports

We do not retain the images you generate — they are returned in the API response and not stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate API requests using your API key
• To enforce usage quotas and billing
• To monitor service performance and fix errors
• To process payments via Stripe

We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

• Stripe — payment processing
• Turso / libSQL — database (API keys, accounts, usage)
• Sentry — error monitoring
• Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection

4. Data Retention

Account and usage data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us; your data will be deleted within 30 days.

5. Your Rights (GDPR / RGPD)

Under EU/French regulations you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, port your data, and object to processing.

6. Security

All API traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. API keys are hashed in the database. We apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
